Aloe vera has a wide range of benefits. It can be used directly or processed and used. Aloe vera is used in manufacturing a wide range of products. Aloe vera contains huge amount of amino acids, enzymes, anthraquinones, vitamins, minerals, and steroids which are very much useful for us. Aloe vera plant has innumerable benefits.
The benefits of aloe vera are as listed below:
- Aloe vera contains eight essential amino acids required for building proteins in our body which cannot be produced by our body and should be taken from other supplementary sources
- Aloe vera contains Enzymes which are required for the breakdown of proteins and converting the food we eat into fuel to generate energy. These enzymes include amalyse that is required for starch and sugar digestion, lipase that is required for fat digestion, creatine phosphokinase (metabolism), etc
- Bradykinase in one of the important enzymes present in aloe vera that acts as an anti-analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. This enzyme is also responsible for stimulating our immune system
